Fried wontonwith Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat

Ingredients

  • 340 g Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat
  • 200 g Wonton
  • 100 g Onion
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 100 g Chives
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 Chicken eggs
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Soybean sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Ground pepper
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

Food preparation:

  • Finely chop the Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat, garlic, chives and cilantro
  • Cut the carrot into thin strips
  • Slice the onion

Sauté the onion in the pan until it’s golden.

Put one egg yolk in the bowl, add a little water, then whisk the yolk.

Mix the Tulip meat with onion, chives, cilantro, garlic, egg, corn flour, sesame oil, soybean sauce, sugar, seasoning and ground pepper until all ingredients finely stick together.

Place ½ tablespoon of Tulip meat on the wonton leaf, brush the egg yolk on the wonton, then glue all the sides.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the wonton until it is crisp and golden, then take it out.

Serve with chili sauce or sour & sweet sauce.


Tip

Serve with rice or serve for party or snack.
