Ingredients
- 340 g Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 0.5 tbsp Soybean sauce
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soybean sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Seasoning
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 0.5 tsp Ground pepper
- Cooking oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red bell pepper
- Green bell pepper
Instructions
Food preparation:
- Dice the Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat, the onion and the bell pepper approx. 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm
- Chop the garlic
Making the sauce:
Mix all ingredients: Soybean sauce, oyster oil, sugar, seasoning, water, corn flour and ground pepper.
Marinate the Tulip meat:
Mix the ingredients: Corn flour, white wine and sesame oil in the bowl, then pour the Tulip meat and let it absorb for 2 minutes.
Heat the pan, add a little oil, add onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then take it out and drain.
Heat the pan, add a little oil, add garlic, then sauté the Tulip meat.
Add the stir-fried vegetable in the Tulip meat pan and add the sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, turn off the fire, add a little sesame oil, then place it on the dish.
Serve with rice or bread and salad, tomatoes, cucumbers.
