Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat and curry

Ingredients

  • 340 g Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat
  • 150 g Taro
  • 150 g Sweet potato
  • 1 Onion
  • 75 g Red bell pepper
  • 75 g Green bell pepper
  • 200 ml Water
CURRY SAUCE
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Red onions
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 5 g Ginger
  • 6 Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 100 ml Cooking oil
  • 2 Red tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Annatto seed oil

Instructions

Food preparation:

  • Dice the Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat, taro, sweet potatoes and onion in approx. 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm

Making the curry sauce:
Blend all ingredients: Onion, red onion, garlic, ginger, curry powder, turmeric, cooking oil, tomato, sugar, fish sauce and seasoning.

Put the pan on the high fire, pour the curry sauce in the pan and add some annatto seed oil. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes.

Add sweet potato and taro in the sauce pan, then lower the fire and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Add the Tulip meat, onion, bell pepper and water. Let it boil for 2 minutes, then turn off the fire.

Serve with bread or rice.

Serve with bread, rice for breakfast, dinner or party.
