Ingredients

  • 340 g Tulip Premium Pork Luncheon Meat 40% less sodium
  • 3 cups Rice
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 100 g Onion
  • 50 g Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 3 Chicken eggs
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 50 g Chinese celery
  • 1 tbsp Soybean sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning
  • Cooking oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Ground pepper

Instructions

Food preparation:

  • Dice the Tulip Premium Pork Luncheon Meat, carrot, onion and cucumber
  • Take out the seeds of the tomatoes, then dice the tomatoes
  • Wash the rice, put it in the electric cooker, add 2-3 cups of water then cook it until it’s done. Take it out and let it cool
  • Chop ginger, garlic, and Chinese celery

Season the rice with soybean sauce, salt and seasoning, and then mix it with eggs.

Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic, ginger, carrot and onion, then stir-fry and add rice. Fry the rice until it is dried. Add the Tulip meat, spring onion, Chinese celery and sesame oil. Turn off the fire. Sprinkle with ground pepper.

Serve on the dish with cucumber, décor with some Chinese celery leaves and serve with soybean sauce and chili.
