Pork Luncheon Meat with black beans

Ingredients

  • 340 g Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat
  • 300 g Black beans
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Water
  • Bread

Instructions

Dice the Pork Luncheon Meat, mince the garlic, chop the coriander and cut the onion and bell pepper into squares.

Cook the beans with enough water to soften them up.

Add the Pork Luncheon Meat, the vegetables and the bay leaves.

Once the black beans are soft, season with oregano, cumin, coriander, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Add the vinegar and stir. Serve warm with bread.


Tip

You can either serve the dish with bread, pasta or rice.
